Parkers aids local charity

Parkers Chrysler and Janet Parker have collectively donated their largest amount ever to Discovery House.

“We are overwhelmed by the $30,900 donation. We had no idea it would be such a generous amount,” said Discovery House executive director Jerome Abraham. 

Parkers Chrysler raised $5,900 during their September fundraiser by committing $100 for every vehicle sold during that month. 

Janet Parker, mother of the late Colin Parker, who struggled with substance abuse, added to her dealership’s fundraising efforts with a personal cheque for Discovery House in the amount of $10,000.
